Landlords can advertise their rentals to increase exposure. Now students can save time and effort by using the internet to view available housing in the area they are looking to reside. Once landlords have their units rented they can post their offering as filled. Availability notices can be posted to notify browsers as to openings for various semesters.

How does it work?
It takes just a few easy steps to list a rental on UniversityRentalsOnline.com:
Register if you have not posted a listing before. OR, login to your account if you have an account and are ready to post a listing.
Go the Add a Listing and follow the on-screen instruction.
Once you have uploaded your listing, click the "Activate" button, and make a one-time payment of $29 using PayPal, check by mail or site credits.
And that's all!Once your payment has been processed, your listing will be activated for twelve months. After that, you can renew your listing for free.
